They are looking for an IT Manager who will oversee our client’s technology infrastructure and lead their IT team in delivering effective, secure, and scalable technology solutions. This is a hybrid position based in Fairfield County, CT.
IT Manager’s Responsibilities and Duties
- Analyze business problems and formulate IT solutions and project plans that align with organizational goals.
- Oversee information flow and capture knowledge across the organization to ensure accessible knowledge sharing.
- Maintain hybrid network infrastructure, including both physical and virtual environments, ensuring consistent performance and availability.
- Manage and administer our Microsoft Azure environment, ensuring it aligns with company standards and goals.
IT Manager’s Qualifications and Skills
- Microsoft certification in Windows Server administration or Microsoft Azure (preferred).
- Proficiency in Windows Server, O365, Active Directory, Switches, Routers, firewalls, VPN, Remote Desktop, Hyper-V, and Microsoft Azure.
- Strong knowledge of desktop and server hardware, with experience in Microsoft SQL Server and/or Oracle as a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities effectively.
